Who we are
Rooted in Madinah. Researched at Oxford. Practised in English law.
We help Muslims in the UK get things right in their faith and in English law, together.
Why LawFiq exists
Too often, Muslims in the UK feel they must choose: follow their faith, or follow the law. They should not have to. A nikah, a divorce, a will or a business can be right Islamically and legally at the same time. That is what we help you do.
What makes us different
Islamic scholarship
Every ruling and guide is reviewed by a scholar trained at the College of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah.
English law
Our consultant solicitor leads the legal side, and reserved legal work is carried out by our partner solicitors.
One joined-up answer
You get one clear answer that works in both, in English, Arabic or Urdu.
The people behind LawFiq
Our team includes a scholar trained in Madinah, a researcher with postdoctoral experience at the University of Oxford, and legal professionals working in English law.
