If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please tell us. We take every concern seriously, and raising one will never affect how we treat you.

How to complain

You can raise a concern in whatever way is easiest for you. Call 020 3930 1088, email info@lawfiq.com, or write to LawFiq Ltd, Conductor, 8 Westfield Avenue, London E20 1NW. It helps if you can tell us what happened, when, and how you would like us to put it right.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days. We will look into it carefully and fairly, and send you our findings and any steps we will take within eight weeks. We will keep you informed throughout, and we aim to resolve matters as quickly as we can.

If your matter involved our partner firm, Invictus Law

If our partner firm, Invictus Law, did regulated legal work on your matter, please complain about that work to Invictus Law first, under its complaints procedure, which Invictus Law will give you on request.

If it is not resolved within eight weeks, or you are unhappy with the final response, you may be able to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman. You must usually do this within six months of Invictus Law’s final response, and within one year of the problem or of when you should have known about it. You must usually do this within six months of the final response and within one year of the problem. Concerns about a solicitor’s conduct can be reported to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Because LawFiq’s own services are not regulated by the SRA, complaints about them cannot be referred to the Legal Ombudsman.
